Front Page Slide show

Hi there, i have to call a piece of code into place to allow my slideshow to show up and am having trouble figuring out how to do it, the code is

<?php include("fpss/fpss.php"); ?>

naturally the page fpss.php is the slide show page, the folder is fpss , can anyone figure a way to call this into place ? if you goggle front page slide show you will see the application i am using, its a fantastic image viewer and i would love to see it work in this system.

Just to expand on Maffos comment above, the emplate files are smarty templates and they get "compiled". They use different tags than standard html files, to learn more visit smarty.php.net
