Default key.php hash error

Hello,

After receiving the "Hash incorrect. Please delete the file license/key.php and reload this page. If that does not work please contact 68 Classifieds for support" message, I delete the key.php file, and verify via FTP refresh that it is not there but I am still getting the error when I try to login to my admin.

any help???
Thanks
B

log out of your site.

delete key.php

goto 68classifieds.com and log into your user area.

select get downloads.

select the apropriate license by selecting "get downloads" link.

On the form at the top of the page clear out the domain name and press the edit button.

Try logging back into your admin.

This of course all assumes that you havent done anything like an upgrade from an older version to a newer version.

if your domain is for example, loudogbyfsbo.com and when you look at your downloads it shows

www.loudogbyfsbo.com then make sure when you log into admin you do so by typing www.loudogbyfsbo.com/administration/. If you just use loudogbyfsbo.com/administration/ then it may cause a key error.

I would try logging out of your site, delete key.php then follow the directions above but instead of clearing the domain field, just leave it but make note of what it says and use that to try and access your admin.
