Default php.ini production settings

im ready to go live with my site and so im changing the php.ini file from the devolopment version to the production version.(for enhanced security & performance).
i am going through all the settings that are different between the two files and thought i would run through some of these changes with you pro's!
to be sure..to be sure!

server is localhost using windows iis.

the red is what is recommended for production use.
any advice on these settings would b great.

thanks
Paul
