Do you mean a copy to a new domain?
Its quite a simple procedure (famous last words). You download everything from one domain and transfer it to the new one. With your database, if you have phpmyadmin, read up on the internet about importing and exporting data. Once you have done this, you can purchase a new licence and enter it into your licence.php file. Go to the admin, change settings to your new server and bobs yer uncle and fannys your aunt.
