Default Maffo News, Archiving.

Many article/news programs, allow you to archive old news. Can this be done, in the future?

2nd, I have made a few minor changes to the script, so that it looks the way it does HERE.

Problem is it display all new articles, when only 2 of the latest are enough. Any suggestions on how this can be achieved. eg display on the latest 2 articles.

Thanks so much, brilliant mod.

Default Awesome

Hi david,

Well done and cheers. Your site looks awesome and you have made a grand job of that news mod.

I can add archiving to it I suppose. I will speak Lhotch about doing this, he knows his cron jobs!

Once again thanks for using my mod.

Sorry, missed your answer out there then. If you look inside the Includes file you will see SQL staement with the LIMIT set to 5 or 10.

Sorry I dont have access to my files here or I would be more precise. Maybe this is something I should build into the admin.

David,

Very nice site ... well done.
I really liked your registration page .... and the text that appears when a user works through the page. Very user friendly. Is the code for this freely available or did u do it inhouse?
