Modules - Need a beta tester

I need somebody with the developer version and a test environment where they can give one of these modules a good testing.

They can have the module at no charge provided there is adequate effort in the testing and feedback process.

Listing Status Module - provides overlays for 5 status levels. 1 is predefined to work for a Sold Status. The other 4 can be setup for Reduced, Sale Pending, etc. The process for sold - the user or admin sets a listing status to sold, after a set number of days the item becomes uneditable, and gets removed from the regular listing results, however, it can still be found when searching for sold items . Then after another set number of days it will be deleted. For items that are no longer listed with regular results, the count for listings in the categories section does not include them. This module also suppresses the renewal notification once the ads are marked by the seller as sold.

New Listings Module - this one is going to be free, since it can be done via the template and another user posted code to do this in the developer version. Basically you set the number of days in a settings file that ads are considered new, then at the results pages (category/toplistings/search) it will display new as well as within the viewlisting page. By default it just adds text but you could easily replace it with an image.

Private/Dealer Status Module - It allows the user to specify if they are a private seller or a dealer in registration and account modification. Then this status is displayed in the results pages (category/toplistings/search) as well as within the viewlisting page. This field is also searchable with it's own select box.

bStore Module - this one has been widely discussed, I'd like 2 beta testers for this one since it is a little more complex. Also, one of the two needs the seo module as the bStore module can use this module.

If you are interested in these and have time, the developer edition, and a way to test these not on your live site let me know. The reason the developer edition is required is due to the hooks being new. These modules will work however for hopefully the next release for both versions.

I am interested in 2 modules, Listing Status and bStore Modules.
I would like to test bStore (business directory version) however I have some limitation. I cannot promise to do it fast and I am not sure that I will find all the bugs. So, John if you will not find better tester, I am ready.

That sounds about right, not everybody has the same skill levels, so it will test my ability to properly document!! Would you be comfortable adding in the hooks?

John, I'm not really interested in running any of your modules but I can help you test them as I'm a bit of a programmer and might have a good chance figuring them out. Just email me the files you want tested and I'll mess with them for you.

Yes, I'm hoping to have these modules out with the release of 3.1.6 provided we get through with the beta testings with out much trouble.

I think I have enough beta testers, but if I need another tester, pedromtze, you are at the top of the list.
