Just I want to know how difficult is to implement Previous-Next in Viewlisting after the Ads was selected in showlisting and the user can continue browsing Ads in the viewlisting.tpl.

The level of difficulty is directly proportionate to your knowledge of php/mysql so thats difficult to answer. Also, how you want to implement it may affect its difficulty as well, for example do you want to just go forward back based on the ad ID or do you want other factors in the order to be handled as well?

low level. if ID and #list are the same YES based on the ad ID, But in this case is the order that the Ad is showed in the showlisting and just go forward back.
