Character title: rename to characters used

Hello,
In step 3 of the listing, The character counter is working just fine it says for example: 161/1500
161 is the number of characters used. To the left of the counter it says "characters remaining" I would
prefer this to say "characters used" since that is what the counter is actually tracking.
Is there a simple way in the file step3.tpl to change this wording?
Any side effects with this change?

Again the counter itself is just fine...just the label to the left

IF I cannot change the label to read "characters used" maybe the counter can count down rather than up.

Thoughts?

This can easily be changed by editing this line in your languages/english.php file

define('LANG_CHARACTERS_REMAINING', 'Characters Remaining');
