Change Pending Payment

Hi,

If a user does not complete the posting process, their uncompleted ad shows up in the user's admin under Browse Listings as Pending Payment (Active column). Since our site offers free ads many users have hesitated completing the posting process.

I have tried changing the text in the english.php, orders_browse.tpl and ordrs_info.tpl with no luck. Could someone please advise where the change should be made?

Maybe this is what you are looking for. Open orders_browse.tpl, at about line 34:

I am thinking you probably just need to edit the language file.
administration/language/english.php and
language/english.php

I have tried changes to orders_browse.tpl at line 34,

orders_info.tpl at line 9,

language/english.php line 26

define("LANG_ORDER_STATUS_PENDING_PAYMENT", "Pending Submission");

and administration/language/english.php line 280.

define("LANG_ORDER_STATUS_PENDING_PAYMENT", "Pending Submission");

Also cleared the templates_c folder and created another partial ad.

Still no change.

I'm not sure where else to look. ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Open the template file user/userbrowselistings.tpl and find this:

{elseif $entry.oStatus == 3}
                 Pending Payment

Change pending payment to whatever term you want. This should come from the language file and appears to be a bug.

Thanks for the reply BigOrange and for your original suggestion. Unfortunately the change to the orders_browse.tpl file didn't work. The change to the user/userbrowselistings.tpl did work.
