I use v4.1.2 Developer

I just want to develop my old 68 classifieds website: ????????.
It has a lot of spam information so I clear the post ad and register user.
Unfortunately when I deleted all user I can't log in the administration by myself.
How can I add a new admin manually.
I try to add a record at mysql but I am not sure which one is the administrator.

I got the answer.
Update level to 1 is administrator.
But when I log in the administrator.
I got a empty control panel ,just a dashboard.
Could you tell me how to set up it correctly

I try to add

to adminCapabilities field but it's still empty dash board

Just use the included file that came with your original download of the script that is located in the "do-not-upload" folder. Upload it to your site and go the url where you uploaded it. Delete it from your server immediately after use!!!
