Default Modifying 3 column template

Greetings.

I'm using 3 column template. What I want to do is - make changes as I have drew (in picture attached). So is it possible to do it? And how?

Possible=yes, how=depends on which pages you want changed. This is not something thats going to b a simple few sentance solution someone can type out for you, your gonna have to spend some time reading the stickies here on the forum and learn how things work.

Whats the EXACT version of 68C you are using?

I'm using version 4.1.10.

Ok, but maybe someone can suggest something where to start?
Do I always have to work through layout.tpl file?

I did suggest where to start, read the stickies in the forum. Alternatively you can read the documentation via the link above. Before anyones explanation makes any sense to you, you are going to need to understand how the various templates interact with each other.
