I have tried as an administratorto upload photos, but I am getting this error message:

Not enough permissions

File ../photos/ica_all_curves_logo_824small2.jpg can not be created,
Set the permissions of the parentmap correctly
Please correct and try again

I appreciate any help with this.

Sounds like you didn't chmod your your folders correctly. They must be set to "777"
