Default Deleted Ads

What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
68C V4.1.9

What template are you using?
Templatecodes Fluid

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:
When customers delete an Ad there seems to be no record of the deleted ad in the administration listings or orders. Should they not stay there for a while marked as deleted?
Thanks

They only stay in the database if they expire, they are then deleted after X days.

Thanks Larry. Is there a way of changing this?

Go to your Admin>Settings>Main Settings

There you'll find the option; Number of days you would like expired listings to be deleted. This is set to 7 days by default but you can change that to your own preference.

Incidentally, as a newbie I remember being confused by that setting. Perhaps it could be reworded in a future release to read, "Expired listings should be deleted after how many days?"

Thanks Michael, but I meant ads deleted by users not expired ads.

The best way to approach this issue would likely depend on WHY you want this data and HOW you intend to use it.
