Default ERROR in placing an ad.

Having problem in placing an ad.

after selecting the category. i get this.

Please select a package below
Sorry, no packages have been defined.



some people place their ads with no problem.. and some people get this error.????????????????


and this is happening randomly not a specific category.

can someone please tell me why i get this. so many people try to place an ad and they face this error.

There is no logical reason for that error to appear unles some of your people are selecting say a parent category that doesnt allow ads.

I recommend you start the ad placement process and go down your list of categories and select eah one to make sure a package is displayed. Bak up a step, select a new cat, rinse and repeate.

thanks.. i will try that now.. its strange thing.. cuz sometimes it work, and sometimes not.

This is not random. It is because they are trying to place an ad into a category that does not accept ads. Do all your categories accept ads?

Thats exactly why I said it makes no logical sense. I cant forse any reason result should differ if the SAME category is selected.

Maybe you created your packages and then later added a new category. So the new category is not picking up the packages.

If that is the case you can edit the package and make sure it is assigned to the category.
