What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
Example: V4.1.6 Designer

What template are you using?
TC elise 2C

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

In the admin/settings you have all the way at the bottom "States & Countries". Is there a way to add more states menus that are related to the specific countries selected from all the available countries?

Say I am dealing with 2 countries from the countries menu. how can I have the "state" menu show only cities from the particular country selected?

Currently the script does not link states to countries.
