I am currently in the proccess of upgrading to 4.1, i have it running on a local wamp server.
When i try and go to localhost/administration i get this eror Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\administration\includes\init.php on line 387

The duration a script can run is set in the php.ini file it has nothing to do with 68C.

Your script should not be taking more than 30 seconds to run unless you have a lot of other crap running on your PC or you have something in your site set to contact an outside host and it cant get to it.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, its a new install of windows 7. It was working last night.
The front end works no trouble at all, its just the administarion area.
The only differance now is that today im at work and its running behind a proxy, would 68c be checking for the licence or something like that?
Cheers

just an update, if i am not connected to the network, it will work, so there is something being blocked by the proxy.
Any ideas as i would liek to be able to do it at work.
Cheers

EDIT:nce in administration this is displayed at the top of the page
php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known. (0)

Yes fsockopen is required to make a connection to our site. So please make sure you have that enabled as well as no firewall blocking outbound access.
