What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
V4.1.6 Designer

What template are you using?

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:
I'm placing several test adverts as Bold and Highlighted but it doesn't seem to work. They appear exactly the same as the normal adverts. I've checked all the settings everywhere I can find but they all seem correct.
Any suggestions please.

Just realised it will only show bold and highlighted when browsing the listings but not on the home page.
Can it be highlighted and bold on the home page aswell?

Glad you found out your misunderstanding of how the css plugins work. Yes it would be possibble to do this but it would require customization of the custom plugins module, both its structure and its css style sheet. Not something to try unless you are fairly comfortable with php and css. There is more than meets the eye to achieving this objective
