Hello, I have the hosted version 4.1 and on my control panel under CronTab I have no tools to create new cron jobs. Do I have to buy the full version to get this feature?

On the hosted edition we disable cron jobs by default but can enable it. Please submit a ticket to request it as well as include what you are planning to do with it.
