Remove Price from featured listing when 0.00

I just purchased the newest version 4.1.3 Developer. I'm running the "Purple Template.

I would like to not display the price with featured ads when the price in the ad is 0.00. I will be offering listings that aren't for-sale listings, and they won't have a price associated with them.

When searching through the forum I found references that referred to the plugin file .....
function.feature_listings_horizontal.php

that file contains the following code .....

if($show_price=='Y')
{
$output.= $loop[$x][price];
}

would anyone know what I would need to add to get it to not show the price when the price is 0.00?

As a side note ..... I would also like to not show the price anywhere in the site when the price is 0.00. Is there a simple way to do that.
