email and email replys

hi there back with some more questions. I am using version 4.0.9 and heres my issue.

When you send a message to a user and they are not signed in it gets sent to there email address as well. Even though it clearly says not to reply to that email people expect to be able to just reply to the send through there regualar email insted of siging in so whats the best way to fix this issue??

Is there a way to specify a reply to email address I dont know how to code that properly as I know kijiji uses this style. When I get an email from them it shows it was sent from kijiji but when i reply automatically knows to use the users email address.

Well if anyone can help that would be great untill than i will just continue to search google.
