Hello,
actually I have a problem with the quest account , any quest can post an
advertisement without registering or login, and the log out function doesn't work
when i press on it it goes to a blank page . these problems happens when i
upload the language file , if i edit the language file and write a word as a
translation in Arabic and save it as a utf-8 , this problem happens , i have
followed the instructions in support section on who to add code sfor the
utf-8 to function probably and i have reinstalled the application several
times with the same problem.

You are using "bad" text editor. Open, safe and reupload your language file with EditPlus 3 or some other "good" editor.
