Default are web applications inluded in plesk for free?

hello,

every time i open plesk there is a little box at the top of the first page that says that on my home page there are web applications available for integration into my site. example: hit counter, etc. but, there is no such logo/link on my home page.

are web applications included with hosting account, or is there a fee to access them or is it a mistake on my home page?

Any hosting I've had with Plesk or any management system, those are free and "one click" installs. If it's in your control panel, it's pretty safe to say it's free...hope that helps. If it wasn't you would receive a message before accepting anyway.

Default there is not link or icon to click on

randy,

thanks for the answer!

but, when i log into my hosting account it says to visit my home page for new web applications but when i go to my home page there is no icon and no link to the web applications.

maybe i'll just install a separate counter from the internet.

i looked at your page. if you don't mind me asking how did you do that coupon page curl in the corner of your site? or is that just standard at 68 classifieds when you set up a coupon?

If I'm understanding you correctly, (when your logged in your Plesk control panel on the main page) , look for an icon called "favico" that is usually the area with all the self install features they would have for you to use freely. I haven't used Plesk in a while now so it could have changed. This page here should help you out in any area you need it, just choose the version number your using, though all should be similar. Plesk Help - Plesk Tutorials and Guide to Plesk Control Panel

The curl on my page is technically called a "pagepeel" ....it's for sale among many different pages and prices. I found this one free. You can see the info download it here: Pageear - free peel away ad Flash & Actionscript Developer Blog Archiv

I came across it as a fluke on a webpage I was viewing and really liked it, so I did some research and found this one.
