What version of 68C? What is the process to generate this error? The code looks ok to me, but it will help me reproduce it if you detail everything you did to get the error.

Thanks for the reply.

68C Version is v4.1.0 Beta 2 Developer.
It happens every time I try to add a listing. It goes up to Step 3 fine but the Step 4 page comes as a blank page and that's where I get the error.

68C script was working fine on the previous hosting server. It started happening on the new box. There are other PHP-MySQL scripts working fine on the new box though.

Upload a new copy of includes/classes/kernel/ Orders.php & Listings.php

Let me know if the issue remains.

I tried to fix this yesterday but was unable to. I believe it is a host issue especially since you said you got the same error with v4.0.2.

Unfortunately I do not have any ideas on what the actual cause is or what would make this error happen.

Okay, this is what I find on the site:
phpfaqs [reverseFold.com Wiki]

What does "Call to undefined method XX::XXXX" mean?

Often people who just start using PEAR get messages such as Call to undefined method DB_Error::setFetchMode() or Call to undefined method DB_Error::query(). This is almost always a result of insufficient error checking. See PEAR Error Handling for more info on how to catch and process these errors.

And it links to the page PEAR Error handling:

Not trying burst your bubble or get involved in blamestorming, but if that were really the case here, then wouldn't all of us using the 68 Classifieds script be having this same issue?

I suggest enable error reporting in the script thats cuasing problems and check your server log for more clues.

It isn't using pear to connect to the database.

XXXX::XXXX is how the particular php class::method is reported that is in error.

I've taken a look at that particular line and it is proper, so the error has to be something outside the script.

Have you made any changes? Try to upload all your files again, all of them. Disable any/all modules. Try a fresh install in another directory to see if you still have issues.

I'm guessing some place that the variable $db is being corrupted or a file somewhere in the chain is corrupt. This might be do to a module, corrupt file, a modification, or etc.
