Default Logo Inserted, Do tables need adjusting?

Hi

I have managed to insert my Logo, but it is being cut off or covered by the big blue band.

Where would I find the code to lower the tables/layout to fit it in.

My Logo is 400 x 75.

Any pointers would be most helpful

Cheers

/templates/default/css/style.css

from line 8 I think

/* header */
#header { height: 75px; }
#logo { padding: 15px 0 0 8px; }
#logo p { margin: 0; padding: 0 0 0 10px; color: #808080; background: #fff; }
#top_info { float: right; width: 570px; margin: 20px 5px 0 0; text-align: right; }

Thanks for both replies.

I checked that, it is set to 75p. Do I have to have an out box/block around the 400 x 75p logo.

I'll get there.

On IE7 the logo is partly behind the blue band and on fire fox it is front ?

I would just play around with the css settings.

"On IE7 the logo is partly behind the blue band and on fire fox it is front ?"

I think you could fix this using css z-index command

just google z-index css to learn more

Also I am not sure if this is the cause or not however you can change this line:
#top_info { float: right; width: 570px; margin: 20px 5px 0 0; text-align: right; }

to:
#top_info { float: right; width: 100px; margin: 20px 5px 0 0; text-align: right; }

Basically change the width or the right box which holds the "welcome" text.
