Default Pictures not downloading

I have been taking pictures of horses for local ads and downloading them from the admin area on peoples ads, so they get better pictures. I have 4 ads I need to put new pictures on and when I click submit after a few minutes I get this error message:

An error has occured saving uploaded file!

Filename: img_3039.jpg
File is not uploaded correctly or is empty.
Please correct and try again

I have tried from both my computers to rule out a computer problem and tried different pictures that worked before in ads. Nothing is working. I need to fix this straight away before people get upset.

Can anyone think of what the problem could be???

OK, lets back track a second here and make sure we are on the same page.

Image uploads worked at one time correct?

Now, no image can be uploaded? And you have tried various image of various sizes?

If the bove answer is yes, and you used to be able to upload images and cant now, your host changed something on their end.

When a fileis uploaded via PHP it goes to a PHP specified temporary location before it is actually copied to its final resting place. If the image isnt getting uploaded correctly and you have tried various other images (ideally smaller ones) and are having the same issue then I would bet the location PHP is trying to upload the image to is full or perhaps the script doesnt have proper permissions due to something your host changed.
