Error Text Problem (Language)

Some error text is hard-coded into a few PHP files when it should be referencing a constant within the global language file.

This error text:

<b>The operation could not be performed because one or more error(s) occurred.</b> <p> Please resubmit the form after making the following changes:</p>

Is hard-coded in:

contact.php
contactus.php
friendmail.php
\includes\core\checkout\step3submit.php
\includes\core\membercheckout\step3submit.php
\includes\core\memberships\step3.php
\includes\core\renew\step2.php
\language\english.php
\useraccountmodify.php
\usermodifylisting.php

When it should reference the constant:

LANG_FORM_ERROR_OCCURED

It would be useful to see these PHP files updated in a future release to reflect the constant - for the sake of convenience.

I should also note that I have seen a few more instances of this (copy in code, not that particular copy BTW), and from a developer's perspective, it would help a lot to abstract the code from the presentation layer completely.

But from what I've seen you guys have done a great job so far.
