phone# not showing in ad?

for some reason the phone numbers are no longer being displayed in the ads, the contact owner box at the bottem is there. I have gone into the user registration and made sure the phone number boxes are both checked and under the user display as well the phone number box is checked. I must be missing something????

I would recommend checking the user groups. The ability to view the phone number comes from the user group.
