What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?
v4.2.2 Developer

What template are you using? Default

Please describe in detail the issue you are having:

I have payment provider set to only paypal and have it set active. I checked database and it is active and N in demo but payment page goes to paypal sandbox. I have the correct email.

I checked becasue I am getting orders that are never completed.

Found this and fixed it.
PayPal keeps going to Sandbox
