Payment page directs to Paypal Sandbox . . .

I'm assuming that this is just while the program is in it's pre-release stage but wondered if there was any way around it. I want to ask friends and colleagues to start loading the site with ad's and give it a rigorous 'shakedown', but it kind of defeats the object if I have to continually log in to activate all ads.

I just want to create my various listing packages but let everyone use a 'freebie' coupon at checkout so that all ads appear instantly.

I have set 'Manually Approve Ads' to no in Checkout Settings but I still need to make them active - is this a bug?
