Default guest viewing vs. registered viewing

If you go to my site Flemzy.com Grab it. Post it., you will notice like all classified sites that there is a guest viewing and a registered user viewing. Let me explain.

When the listings are viewed in guest mode, the categories Photo, Title, Price, and View Listing show in the nav bar.

However, when the listings are viewed in registered user mode, the above categories show along with more such as date listed, expiration date, City, State, and Country.

My question is how can I change the settings in the database or coding to where guests can view what registered users can view just with the listings.

The reason why I think this should happen is because if I am a stranger surfing my site flemzy.com and come across ads, I might be discouraged to click on a listing because I do not know where the item is located at.

It would give the first time viewers of my site more info to go on, on each listing.

Hope this makes sense.
Thanks for your help.
