What version of 68 Classifieds are you running?

What template are you using?

Hello,
I'm having trouble with timezone setting. I've tried everything about posted on this site and other technical sites like php.net

On my private messages and other placed that need date is getting server time. i've created .htaccess with SET Env ... and php_value date... php.ini with date.timezone.. and done everything on documents support (added date_default_time... administrator/includes/params.php and connections/classified) but no result.
Everything i've done but i couldn't change the timezone.
Can you please help me with this?

4.0.1 has some serious security bugs and is years old, its recommended you upgrade.
