Site Review Needed

I've finally ran out of things to do on my classifieds site (besides marketing).

I like the clean mono-tone design.

My humble input:
1. Integrate the main links with the layout header at the top. The top header is currently kind of dead space and there are 2 sets of sign in/register links.
2. An 'about us' page or move your site page title to the layout header. I'm not sure what you site is about w/o reading the page title.
3. I think the ad space on the right is too wide, too imposing. I'd say 200px max.
4. Make "post a free ad link" more prominent, maybe a bright color or off to the right on it's own. that's your money link.
5. A more alluring homepage, more content that draws the user in.

In my opinion there is way to much adsense. You would be better to have less and maybe have image ads rather than text. It just looks like you are desprate.
But that is just my opinion other than that the site looks great. A++++

EDIT: Looking at it again you would be better off to remove the adsense on the righthand side totally.

I just found out how to make a custom page which I used to create a Sitemap page.
