I appreciate the license is for a single website, but I just wanted to confirm whether it is OK to have multiple domain names pointing to the same site?

Multiple domains pointing to the primary domain where the site is hosted I dont beleive is a problem.

Do you mean something like this?
3 Sites - One Lot Of Ads - Different Theme Per Site

Or just other domains redirecting?
Both are allowed anyway.
