changing the search engine

I need the search engine setup so a user can select the country, then a list of provinces/states to select from, then a list of cities within those provinces/states. The way it is setup now, select a city (there will be several hundred to sort through) is not very efficient.
Is my proposal possible?

Just about anything is possible if you have the Developers version of the product and the programming knowledge to do so.

By default, this is not built in to function that way.

Truth is even in doing this the way that you have stated, you would still have several hundred cities to choose from in any given State/Province. In addition, where would you get this list of cities for every single State/Province?
