Can I also add a photo rating script to this? I am wanting a photo rating site that will also work with a classified site. Will this do that?

Im not aware or any that are specifically designed for 68C, but If you have the programming knowledge just about anything is possible.

You can use the rating module and just place it just underneath the photo area, so people can just comment about the photo's in general.

But a commenting per photo isnt included no.
