Can I change the header and footer text on the hosted version?

I'm not familiar with the licensing for the hosted version, and Eric will correct me if I am wrong, but the hosted version is just the developer or designer version plus monthly hosting. You should be able to completely change the look of the classifieds with the templates which are availibe in any version.
