When I started the checkout, I noticed the search friendly URL's were $10 more than what is otherwise stated on the site.

"Date Added May 2, 2006 | Price $29.99"

vs.

"Search Engine Friendly URL's
:words:
Cost: $39.99"

Why is this?

That could be a typo or just a price change. I'll leave it to the staff to sort that out, however you can also get it here for 29.99.
