dealer pages

Is it possible to create something equal to a dealer page where a dealer could log in and maintain a number of listings and have an external link that could be passed from outside the site to that "dealer page" . These listings could be found during normal searches by other users or if the "dealer page" was accessed by an external link into the site it would show only that dealers listings.
(by passing parameters in the url or some other way.)
