Customization Question

I really like the AutoSelect site that is featured in your site profile.
Is it a template that is offered?
Are you able to have several pay plans, from free to premium?
The only customization I can think of is that for our most premium ads we want to be able to screen the buyers before they can contact the sellers. Would we be able to have the emails for the premium sellers come to us (the site runner) instead of the seller?

No that is a custom template they designed.

Yes you can have as many pay plans as you want.

That would require the developer edition and editing the contact file to send directly to you.
