Default Hosted Site not Up?

Hello

I purchased a hosted site four days ago on Sunday and sent my URL on Monday as well as pointing my Nameservers to your server the same day. After three days the URL will not resolve in mulitple browsers.

I have sent two or three emails to you folks with no reply as to whether my script is loaded and my URL is entered into the DNS or not. Also asking for a password or other way to enter a ticket.

So I am not sure what to do, it normally takes a few hours for the DNS servers to be updated, 3 days should be plenty, so I would appreciate some feedback as to whether there is a problem or?

Please let me know something today if you could

Hi,

It sounds like you are not getting our emails. Can you login to our customer area and see your tickets:
Login

If you are not getting our emails you can reply from there.

Default not getting emails

I got the one email from you the first one, that is all.

I can't log in to see the emails as I do not have a login user name or password?

Hi,

I just sent an email to that address. As for our customer area you had to create a username and password when ordering. If you need it reset then please let me know.

I do not have my username and password if you could send it that would be great.

The email you sent was the one I recieved on Monday I have sent three since then including my URL.

My URL is

dadstoolslist.com

I am hoping I do not have to wait two days from nowt to get it up as I am behind schedule now

If you do not have a username and password, how did you buy 68C?


If you goto the following URL there is a "Forgot password" link you can use to request your password be reset and a new one will be sent to you.

Make sure you have the domain 68classifieds.com in your e-mail white list and check you spam folder after you use the link above to reset your password.

Hi,

This is totally my fault. When you purchased I sent an email out to I believe a comcast address and never heard back. So I figured you didn't get it and then created us a gmail account which I emailed you from. After this I actually forgot about checking that account. Normally everything is ran through the ticket system.

At any rate I have your new reply and I will get you installed either tonight or first thing in the morning. It is 11pm here. I will also reset your customer account so you can login and send that as well.

Again very sorry for all this.
