User accounts Editing

Is there user account editing possible where admin can ad or subtract balances in a users account when they make a payment by mail, weather it be either dollars or listing credits or both. I was unable to see where this option was in the admin area. My other question is do you still offer support and upgrades if 68 script is moved to my own host where i have a website already or do you require your script to stay with your host servers.

68C doesnt use any form of credit and payment is tracked and handled via orders. There is no way to edit the order dollar amount. Generally speaking when an ad is placed the customer is shown the price and they pay it either via check or some form of online payment system (ie paypal). If its a snail mailed check and you go edit the dollar amount of an order after its placed, how is the client supposed to know you changed it?

If its handled via online gateway then they pay for the ad when the ad is placed so changing the dollar amount of the order after this point doesnt mean anything.

The software can be hosted anywhere you would like as long as the server meets the requirements.

Hi,

The way our script is setup is that they would place a listing just as normal and select the check/money order option. After that they send you the payment and you approve the order. You can't add or subtract a balance from their account.

You get free support and upgrades for 6 months. After this it is $29.99 for an additional 6 months. It doesn't matter where you host it.
