Default Question about Currency Types

Hello,

Since our local currency is not supported by PayPal (which I intend to use to collect payments) is it possible to have a different currency type for listing the classifieds and a different currency type for collecting payments by PayPal?

Thanks.

Sorry, No. I don't think this is possible.

I was hoping this could be possible.

Will this be available in future releases?

I doubt that this feature will be integrated into the script in the future. I can't recall this ever coming up.

What local currency do you use that's not accepted at Paypal?
Have you considered another payment method?

I refer to use PayPal because of its seamless integration with the script.

Is it not possible to modify or hack the Developer version to achieve this??

Actually, Authorize.net's Advanced Integration Method (which is a part of the script) is more 'seamless' than Paypal.

Since all but two files (related to licensing) are open source, you can hack the code anyway you like.
