Ok I consider myself somewhat knowledgable when it comes to creating and hosting websites but I'm just a little confused between the differences between these two packages being offered... especially because of the price difference!

I currently have a couple of websites on a linux hosted domain with 1and1 webhosting.

I would like to place my classified ad site on the same domain with a domain name I created that will redirect to the classified website on my domain.

What is the advantage/disadvantage of hosting it on the 68classifieds servers instead of hosting it on my own domain?

Basically, which package do I need to buy? My websites are on a linux server so it fits all the requirements needed to ad this script into a new database.

I hope this doesn't make me sound like a total dumbass LOL

I'm just confused by the differences with this script and which one fits my needs.

Hi Steve,

In your case I would say go with the Designer or Developer edition because you already have a host you are using.

The hosted edition is an advantage if you don't already have hosting.
