Ok, two questions

I am going to go with the hosted version, and already have a domain that I will associate to it when it is ready to launch. I will be able to access it and view with an IP address or something while I am building it out right?

And I understand that installation is free, so even though that comes up as an option with an extra charge in the checkout process, I do not have to select it. I do however want the SEO add-on though, so that should be the only thing I need to check right?

Our hosting is setup in a way that will not allow you to view the site through an ip before the domain name is transferred. However the hosting control panel does have a site preview which you could use.

Yes you will not need to purchase installation but if you want the seo then you will need to add it to the order.
