Pre Sales Question

I wanted to be clear before I buy the developer, I will be implementing a Classified software throughout an entire region. For instance, South America would have it's home page that links to 1000 different instances of said software. ie: mysite.com/venezuela/caracas & mysite.com/venezuela/valencia and each subsite will have it's own users and it's own advertisments... is this possible with the licensing portion? I currently use Rapid Classifieds v 3.2 and this is allowed, butI was looking for something in .PHP so that I can get better performance out of my Server without having to use a gooey such as Windows 2003.

Our current policy is that you can run it one license on one domain. So as long as it is all on the same domain you can install multiple instances with no penalty.
