Default Can I .....

Hello, was reading up before purchase of 68C for Client and was wondering if possible to suit clients needs for the User login of the site. The Client wants the site so that people (User) & sellers do not have to login at all. No registration, no login, just post your ad, pay, and it goes up for Admin review. Is any of this possible through the Admin section. I have looked at the demo and don't see any real way to do it. If I purchase the Dev. version, what are the encrypted pages and why do I need them if I have to rewrite anyhow?

68 doesn't currently work like that and would need some customization to get that to function.

My suggestion would be a quick registration where you remove addresses, phone numbers, basically anything you can live without.

You can also deactivate email verification and things like that.

I wouldn't want a site without some level of registration, even if only a screen name, email addy, and password. Items like "favorites", and "more ads from this seller" won't work. And payments... the best you can do is track payment to a particular ad, not a user. And if Admin review rejects the ad, then what? How will you notify the advertiser?

Well, I agree, but the customer wants it this way. I suppose that he is wanting to track by their email address. Is there a way to make 68C work that way. I have a PHP programmer standing by if that is all we have to do.

They will still have to go through some kind of registration process and login to the system. You can make this as minimal as you need but most of the features in the system require you to login.
