Hosted package or one off fee and separate Host?

I am looking at purchasing this software, but uncertain which package to go for.

I am edging towards the hosted package, but don't really know the disadvan. and advan. of the two options.

Does any domain names come with the package?

Any points of view would be most appreciated.

Hi,

I purchased the developer version and use 68 Hosting. What made me go that way was a suggestion from Eric. If you go with the hosted version, it's really simple and if your not sure if you're in it for the long run, you can get out easily. The thing is, you pay $30.00 per month forever. By buying a license, if your hosting package is $15.00 after just over a year, your license is payed for.

If you just want to change the way your site looks, get designer version. If you want to change the way it works, get developer. My experience a month ago was pretty good html, some javascript, a little perl, and a fair amount of actionscript with no php. I don't even work with web technology or computers for a living. If you have knack for logic and some coding experience you can really customize the way your site works. Just keep a clean copy of the site for backup.

68 doesn't deal in domain names. Try someone like GoDaddy.

Does the hosted package come with any email accounts, what does it actually include?
