Default 3.1 or 4.0 for new purchase

If I was to buy it now would I get 3.1 or 4.0 even if it's a Beta. The one I'm trying at the moment was dreadful to upgrade and I ended up doing full install and new data base. Lucky I had only test ads.

If you buy now you'll get both....

The release version is 3.1.7, and you also have the option to download v4 rc1 which is still in a beta phase.

Once out of beta though, there'll be an upgrade script from v3 released

I'm actually in a similar position, and have decided to work on v4 rc1 for the moment during development, and will upgrade to the stable version once it's released

Cheers

Tim

Is this easy to do, update the script from the beta to 4.0v? because I am thinking a similar thing. Do I get it now or wait?

I have very little coding knowledge at present, and a bit worried this may confuse me even my. Or is it a straight forward process?

Thanks.
