First I would like to say I am very new to this and have an idea.

I would like to know if this script will work for what I want to do.

I have a url called usedsportsequipment.ca or something like that.

What I want to do is be the middle man for people selling their used sports equipment. I just want to hook buyer and seller together.
So I want people to be able to post their used sports equipment so other people can buy it.
I want to charge a small fee for people to list their equipment. I want to be paid by Pay Pal.
So once they pay and list their equipment then the buyer contact them directly. And I have nothing to do with it.

Is this script good for this or not?
And how easy is it to set up?
Do I have to know any special things to do it?

Seems like a perfect match. What you are describing is a classifieds web site. Seller post their adverts and pay you to do so. Buyers contact the sellers directly.
