Hi Guys,

I know I replaied in the other thread, but I am starting to worry a slight bit.
I obviously placed an order as you do created my account at the time of placing the order and then paid in full with funds already in my paypal account (havea habit of just leaving funds there lol).

Anyway, I placed the order at 12:03 my time and its coming up 8 hours later and still im not able to download nothing (actually cannot see it). I submitted an email much earlier today, whic was logged as a ticket, but when I tried placing a ticket it said I had no current support plan left, so im wondering if its buried away deep in the darkest depths of the ticket system somewhere lol.

Anyway guys, if its possible to change the status of my account I would highly appriciate it as I am eager to get going with this.

Dont mean to be a pain in the rear, just I had to save some funds before making the purchase :s

Tom,

This is a weekend and it's not an automated process. I'm sure it will be taken care of first thing in the morning.

Hi Mike,

Granted it is the weekend

Its just the FAQ always stated that everything is available immediately after purchase. I didn't know everything was processed manually.

I will wait and see what tomorrow brings.

99% of orders are approved automatically but for some reason we are getting a few from Paypal that doesn't get approved automatically and unfortunately yours was one of these.

Its ok to lock this one or remove it

Although I will admit its strange because I can understand if its eCheck or similar, but the funds were int he account which would have made it an outright payment?

Possibly a way in which paypal hands the notification back to yourselves maybe?

Anyway, no problems, im a happy laddy and Will no doubt be back to flood the forums with piles of questions
